These Terms govern your use of FiviParallel, bundle identifier com.fivi.parallelweb (“FiviParallel” or “the app”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Independent service
FiviParallel is an independent privacy and session-management utility. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. Third-party names and services remain the property of their respective owners.
The app displays the official third-party web client selected for its supported use and does not provide a replacement protocol, scrape account data or operate a messaging service. Availability and behaviour of any third-party service are outside our control.
Your responsibilities
You must:
- use only accounts and devices you are authorised to use;
- comply with applicable law, these Terms, the applicable app-store terms and WhatsApp’s Terms of Service;
- protect your device, lock PIN and linked sessions; and
- avoid unlawful, abusive, automated or rights-infringing use.
You are responsible for content you access, send or receive through a third-party service. We may discontinue or change support where necessary for security, legal, store-policy or compatibility reasons.
One-time remove-ads purchase
The optional one-time purchase unlocks the ad_free entitlement for this app on the purchasing store account, subject to the store’s rules and successful receipt verification. It removes ads supplied by FiviParallel; it does not affect content or promotions shown by third-party websites. The purchase is not a subscription. Use Restore purchases to restore an eligible purchase. Transfers between different Apple or Google accounts are not guaranteed.
Apple or Google processes payment, tax, cancellation and refund requests. Refund eligibility and decisions are governed by the store’s policies. Family Sharing is not offered for the App Store purchase; Google Play one-time products do not provide an equivalent app-controlled family-sharing option.
Availability and disclaimer
The app and all third-party web access are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, account continuity and compatibility. Web sessions may expire, services may change or become unavailable, and a third-party provider may restrict linked access.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of data, messages, access, profits or goodwill arising from use of the app or a third-party service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end availability where reasonably required by law, security, platform policy or third-party service changes. We may update these Terms and will publish a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
